Execute Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Produce P&L, daily ledger, and financial spreadsheets
Generate client invoices
Manage project expenses and reporting
Assist with HR Functions, including: recruiting and training
Manage firm Internship program
Assist CEO & COO by managing calendars, administrative tasks, etc.
Manage part-time administrative staff member
Assist with on-site property management for office building
Administrative support for communications team & executives
Deposit checks and initiate all wire transfers
2+ years of QuickBooks experience
Bachelor’s degree – or higher – with a strong academic resume and GPA
Strong communication, critical thinking, research and interpersonal skills
Exemplary writing and editing skills
Detail oriented and a strong work ethic
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Sense of humor required
