Operations Manager

Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
  • Produce P&L, daily ledger, and financial spreadsheets
  • Generate client invoices
  • Manage project expenses and reporting
  • Assist with HR Functions, including: recruiting and training
  • Manage firm Internship program
  • Assist CEO & COO by managing calendars, administrative tasks, etc.
  • Manage part-time administrative staff member
  • Assist with on-site property management for office building
  • Administrative support for communications team & executives
  • Deposit checks and initiate all wire transfers

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of QuickBooks experience
  • Bachelor’s degree – or higher – with a strong academic resume and GPA
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, research and interpersonal skills
  • Exemplary writing and editing skills
  • Detail oriented and a strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Sense of humor required
